The Manhattan Beach sand section is the strip of Manhattan closest to the water. If you’re a beach lover this is where you want to be as it’s all just steps to the beach. Highlights include the beachfront homes of the Manhattan Beach Strand along with incredible walkstreet homes. The homes here are on smaller lots so there’s not many homes with any yards but the beach is just steps away.
The tree section of Manhattan Beach sits just east of the sand section and is bordered by Ardmore, Sepulveda and Rosecrans. Despite the many tree lined streets the area is derived from the street names like Oak, Elm, Maple and more. This area has a great neighborhood feel
The hill section has it all. Some of the largest lots in all of Manhattan Beach often means large homes with great outdoor spaces. Add to that many of the homes have great ocean views which gives many of the homes true estate type properties.
Manhattan Village is the only gated community in Manhattan Beach. The community has a much slower pace of life than surrounding areas and offers single family homes, townhomes and “court” homes
East Manhattan includes the areas east of Sepulveda so a bit further from the ocean. Homes are often on either 50×100 or 50×150 foot lots which makes for larger homes and larger yards.
